Our story
Playlexity started from a simple observation: most businesses were investing heavily in marketing to generate leads, while the systems meant to convert those leads — follow-ups, CRM, customer support, internal workflows — were still manual, slow, and inconsistent. Playlexity was founded to fix both sides of that equation at once, pairing AI automation with digital growth so businesses don't just get more attention, they get more customers.
Our founder
Krishnakumar Srinivasan, Founder & CEO of Playlexity, brings over 10 years of professional experience across business growth, marketing, technology and digital transformation. He holds an MSc in Management from Brunel University London and certifications from Meta, the Digital Marketing Institute (DMI CDMP) and the American Marketing Association (AMA). Krish founded Playlexity to help businesses combine AI, automation, marketing and data into one scalable growth engine — and later launched PlayLearnX, Playlexity's academy wing, to train the next generation of AI and growth talent.
